Integrated within the Gainsight CustomerOS platform, Atlas aims to streamline workflows, enabling customer success teams to focus on high-impact relationships. The initial component, the Staircase AI Agent, analyzes various customer touchpoints—including emails, meetings, Slack conversations, product usage, and support tickets—to detect sentiment and potential risks, thereby facilitating proactive engagement.

Additionally, Gainsight introduced the world’s first Renewal AI Agent, which delivers personalized interactions at scale, particularly beneficial for managing long-tail customer segments.
