TransPerfect, the world’s leading provider of language services and AI-driven solutions, has announced its acquisition of H2A, a prominent French company specializing in contact center customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO).
H2A offers comprehensive services, including inbound and outbound customer support, telemarketing, order processing, and technical assistance. The company serves a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, retail, finance, and public services. H2A’s dedication to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction has helped it consistently enhance client engagement and optimize business operations.
By acquiring H2A, TransPerfect aims to strengthen its global business offerings and expand its ability to support clients with multilingual requirements. H2A will continue to operate under its current leadership, with General Manager Marilynn Genieyz and Operations Director Anne-Sophie Samet joining TransPerfect’s senior management team.
