Uniphore, a global leader in enterprise AI, at the Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo unveiled Marketing Agents, a first-for-enterprise suite of AI agents designed to accelerate how marketing teams access data, segment audiences and work inside the Uniphore Customer Data Platform (CDP) – the foundational layer to its larger Enterprise AI platform.
“With the rise in enterprise AI, marketers have been waiting for business-centric AI that they can actually use,” said Steve Daheb, Chief Marketing Officer, Uniphore. “With Marketing Agents, teams can ask, find and act on their data in seconds—instead of days waiting to hear from a data engineering team—while keeping governance and security intact.”
The first release includes:
- Platform Search Agent: A semantic search layer that surfaces any platform component—attributes, audiences and more—instantly.
- Audience Segmentation Agent: An AI agent that builds sophisticated audience segments from plain English prompts, supporting rule-based logic.
- Product Knowledge Agent: A natural language assistant embedded in the UI that answers user questions in real time using indexed product documentation.

Three additional agents will follow later this year, extending agentic marketing capabilities into campaign optimization, reporting and insights.
This release shows growing product release momentum to Uniphore’s broader enterprise AI platform targeted at business users, bringing together the ease of use of consumer AI with the rigor and practical realities of the enterprise data stack.
